By accessing and using MoveDose ("the App"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this App.

2. Description of Service

MoveDose is a mobile application designed to help users incorporate micro-movements into their daily routine through:

• 200+ one-minute movement exercises
• Smart reminder notifications
• Progress tracking and analytics
• Personalized movement recommendations

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To access certain features of MoveDose, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use MoveDose only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Transmit any harmful, threatening, or offensive content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or related systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality

5. Health and Safety

5.1 Medical Disclaimer

MoveDose is designed for general wellness and is not intended as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult with a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any exercise program.

5.2 Use at Your Own Risk

You acknowledge that physical exercise involves inherent risks. You participate in MoveDose activities at your own risk and assume full responsibility for any injuries or health issues that may result.

6. Subscription and Payment

6.1 Subscription Plans

MoveDose offers subscription-based premium features. Subscription fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.

6.2 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage your subscription through your device's account settings.

6.3 Free Trial

We may offer free trial periods for new subscribers. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, you will be charged for the subscription.

7. Privacy and Data

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which governs how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use MoveDose.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of MoveDose, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by MoveDose and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MoveDose shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to MoveDose at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the App. Your continued use of MoveDose after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
